Like every week we’re back to sharing the inbormio news with you, our passionate readers!

Once again we are focusing on our Sun Day Bottega, located inside the Olimpia Hotel and always ready to spill a lot of news!

In this article we want to talk about the new evenings-event scheduled for these hot months of July and August, a calendar full of events already started last Friday: on 6 July we wanted to bring the sea to Bormio proposing mixed fried portions accompanied by Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG of the Venetian company Tanorè.

Our chef Federico served shrimps, squids, sole fish, anchovies and fried mixed vegetables during the course of the evening, letting our customers breathe some sea air!

You were there or did you miss it?

If you weren’t there, don’t be afraid, we only wanted to inaugurate a summer season full of themed events that will take place every Friday (or almost) at Sun Day Bottega!

Once a week we will offer four types of evenings: from the “Spanish nights” based on Sangria and Tapas to the oyster and Champagne tastings, from the “Wine & Snack” pairings of appetizers to the already mentioned mixed fried evenings.

  • Friday 27th July – Wine & Snack
  • Friday 03rd August – Mixed fried & Prosecco
  • Friday 10th August – Wine & Snack
  • Friday 17th August – Oysters & Champagne
  • Friday 24th August – Mixed fried & Prosecco
  • Friday 31st August – Sangria & Tapas
