welcome back to another appointment with the most interesting news!
Today we want to talk about an interesting local initiative that has always been very successful: Bormio as well as being a renowned ski and spa resort, also boasts the invention of one of the most beloved alpine liqueurs by Italians and foreigners, the Braulio.
A bit of history…
Born from a mixture of local ingredients more than a hundred years ago (the beginning of production dates back to 1875), the bitter Braulio continues to be produced in Bormio and certainly considered the flagship of these areas.
And if you are passionate and curious about history and production methods do not miss the free guided tour of the underground cellars!
When?
Until 20 April 2019 every Wednesday at 6:00pm and every Saturday at 5:00pm you can participate in a free guided tour of about 50 minutes to discover the extraordinary history of this unique product.
